NewSpace companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin are developing lower cost ways to get to space . Companies like Planetary Resources and Moon Express are pursuing utilization of resources in space such as those on asteroids and the lunar surface. Developing an in-space infrastructure to connect and support such activities is the focus of the Future In-Space Operations (FISO) study group. They have regular teleconference gatherings of experts to which is given a presentation about some in-space technology or project. The presentation files are available in the FISO Working Group Presentations Archive.
